I CAME BACK TO GHANA BECAUSE I MISS MY HUSBAND – AISHA HUANG
Known for her notorious galamsey operations Aisha Huang has been sighted in Ghana again since her deportation, Police inspector Simon Nyaho told an Accra high Court on Monday 17th April, 2023.
Speaking to the court, Inspector Simon Nyaho, police investigator told the court that Aisha re-entered the country through the Aflao to visit her husband named Prince Amoah, saying that she misses her husband.
“When we asked her why she came to Ghana, she said that she had missed her husband, whose name she gave as Prince Amoah, and that she had come to visit him”
The 10th prosecution wintness said Aisha had two passports on her arrest, which were handed over to the Ghana Immigration Service for further investigations.
Inspector Nyaho indicated that on September 6, 2022, he and his team were tasked to investigate how Aisha re-entered Ghana. With the order, Aisha’s residence was searched.
“During the search, we found 19 bottles of liquid substance suspected to be mercury, 200 cartridges of AA ammunition, spare parts of excavators, and many more.
” We also retrieved a yellow fever vaccination card bearing the name Ruixia Huang, Non-citizen Ghana card application form and a Covid-19 vaccination card with three receipts”.
Answering questions under cross examination by Mr. Miracle Attachy, counsel for Asiha, Inspector Nyaho, admitted procuring and order of the court to search Aisha’s residence.
The case has been adjourned to April 19, 2023.
