MTN Mobile Money services to go offline for 6 hours upgrade

The services will be down from 12:00 am to 06:00 am on August 17, 2025.

Charles Asamoah Assah, the Chief Technology & Service Delivery Officer of Mobile Money Limited, said that all Mobile Money services will be unavailable during this period.

This will include deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments.

MTN Ghana assured customers that normal services will resume immediately after the maintenance window.
