Dr. Likee hints at quitting acting; says his ‘boys’ don’t heed to advice
Famous comic actor Ras Nene has made hints about calling it quits on his acting career after returning from the UK with his protégé Kyekyeku.
In an interview with blogger Papa Jay, Ras Nene announced his plan to give up acting.
He clarified that he was frustrated by some of his protégés’ attitudes, saying they don’t follow his advice.
He said: “I will quit acting in two weeks. I am facing many problems. My children do not listen to any advice. They become arrogant after becoming famous.”
Ras Nene disclosed that he has not uploaded any content to his YouTube page in over a year, emphasizing that he has decided to focus on himself.
“I have to think about myself right now. I have not uploaded content on my personal channel for over a year. I work for other people, and many get angry when they see me working with their colleagues,” he added.
He noted that apart from only two of his boys; Aboske and Kompany who he said are the breadwinners of their family he would end shooting skits with other protégés
