“Drive with Care: Pastor Cautions as Christmas Approaches”
Rev. Thomas Kumeko Stresses Road Safety and Prayerful Vigilance
The Resident Pastor at The Lord’s Pentecostal Church International, Papaase branch, Rev. Thomas Kumeko, has cautioned drivers and pedestrians to be extra careful on the road as Christmas draws nearer.
He emphasized the need for road users to exercise caution on the road to prevent accidents. Drivers, especially, were advised to apply all the wisdom and preventive measures; they should also avoid oversleeping, overloading, overtaking, and any form of reckless driving to save lives.
Rev. Thomas Kumeko also appealed to Christians to be prayerful because it is during this period that demons also operate in high spirits, causing all forms of havoc. Due to that, there should be constant prayer to avert any plots and plans of the devil.
He made this known at, the 62 Anniversary celebration of The Lord’s Pentecostal Church International, at Kasoa-Papaase.
