Multiple award-winning Ghanaian Afrobeats singer Camidoh has been nominated for the 2023 BET Award in the Viewers’ Choice: Best New International Act category.
The “Sugarcane” crooner is up against Asake, FLO, Libianca, Maureen, MC Ryan SP, Paris Cooper, Raye, and Werenoi for the coveted prize.
Camidoh has been making waves in the music industry since his debut in 2019. His hit singles “Sugarcane,” “So Fine,” and “My Number” have all been certified gold in Ghana.
The BET Awards are one of the most prestigious awards shows in the world, and Camidoh’s nomination is a testament to his hard work and talent.
He will be hoping to add the BET Award to his growing list of accolades, which includes a VGMA award and a 4syte Music Video Award.
The BET Awards will be held on June 26, 2023, at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.
