In the Afigya Kwabere North District of the Ashanti Region, a man murdered his Wife in cold blood at Boamang Maase

Sister Afia, a trader in Boamang Maase, was butchered to death by her husband, whose identity has not yet been revealed publicly.

Before the incident, the man had previously threatened to kill his deceased wife on several occasions because she had cheated on him.
Some of their neighbours who were aware of their disputes gave an explanation of what would have motivated him to kill his wife and leave their two children behind.

The woman’s neighbour and the man’s landlady told the fish FM reporters what had been going on between the man and his wife before to the event.

A vital eyewitness, a young child, described what he could recall while still afraid.

A family member of the deceased also described how they learned of the death and how they informed the media.
