KASOA: SEVEN MONTHS EXPECTANT MOTHER, MANY INJURED IN CAR ACCIDENT

The accident occurred at CP Junction Kasoa, involving two vehicles. This left scores of passengers in critical condition.
The incident happened on the Kasoa-Accra highway on Tuesday, January 23, 2024.

The cars involved were a Sprinter bus with registration number GG 4412-20 and a Tipa truck with registration number AS-3694-19.
Speaking to Lucky TV, the conductor of the Tipa truck said they had a failed break, which resulted in the accident leading to the injury of more than 15 people.

The victims were conveyed to Kasoa Polyclinic for treatment, and later, those with critical conditions were transferred to the Trauma and Specialist Hospital, Winneba. Some of the victims spoke to LuckyTv News.
