NDC VOWS TO PROSECUTE BRYAN ACHEAMPONG, OTHER NPP OFFICIALS OVER CORRUPTION
As Ghana approaches the 2024 General Election, political tensions escalate. The NDC’s vow to prosecute NPP officials and warnings against electoral manipulation have raised the stake.
Edwin Nii Lante Vanderpuye, Member of Parliament for Odododiodio Constituency, has declared that the next NDC government will prosecute Bryan Acheampong and other NPP officials for corruption and financial losses to the state.
Speaking in an interview at “NDC MANIFESTO LAUNCH” in Winneba, Saturday, August 24th, 2024 at the Jophus Anamoah-Mensah Auditorium, The University of Education, Winneba, Central Region, Vanderpuye warned that the NDC will “match NPP boot for boot” if they fail to hand over power peacefully after the 2024 General Election.
Vanderpuye cautioned the NPP against attempting to rig the election, emphasizing that the NDC is prepared to face them squarely.
Meanwhile, Alhaji Alhassan Kobina Ghansah, MP for Asikuma Odobeng Brakwa, highlighted that the NDC Manifesto and 24-hour Economy policy will create jobs for disillusioned youth.
