Okyeame Kwame To Mark 50th Birthday with Paediatric Centre Project
Fundraiser concert featuring top Ghanaian artistes to support construction of emergency facility at Manhyia District Hospital aimed at improving child healthcare and saving lives

As part of his milestone celebration, award-winning rapper Okyeame Kwame has announced plans to construct a paediatric emergency centre at the Manhyia District Hospital, highlighting his commitment to contributing to national development beyond music.
The initiative will be funded through a major birthday fundraiser set for April 18, 2026, at +233 Jazz Bar & Grill. The event, scheduled to begin at 9 p.m., is expected to attract some of Ghana’s top music stars.
Performing artistes include Kuami Eugene, KiDi, King Paluta, Amerado, MzVee, Sista Afia, Afriyie Wutah, Kwabena Kwabena, Kweku Darlington, Abiana, Akwaboah, Abochi, Bradez, Ras Kuuku, Adina, and Andy Dosty.
Tickets are priced at GHS1,500 for VVIP and GHS1,000 for VIP, with all proceeds going toward the construction of the facility, which is expected to improve emergency care for children and save lives.
Over the years, Okyeame Kwame has consistently promoted Ghanaian culture and identity, using his platform to advocate for indigenous languages like Akan and champion the “Made in Ghana” agenda globally.
By dedicating his golden jubilee to this project, he not only marks a personal milestone but also reinforces his image as a socially conscious artiste committed to making a meaningful impact.
