POLITICIANS CAPITALIZE ON THE REASONING DEFICIENCIES OF THE GHANAIAN YOUTH- MR. KOJO GOLD, NATIONAL SECRETARY, GUM
In a one-on-one interview with Lucky TV’s Ishmael Mubarak on Thursday 5th May, 2023 on Adekyeɛ Mu Nsɛm, the current National Secretary for the Ghana Union Movement, founded by Ɔsɔfo Kyiri Abosom, Mr. Kojo Gold, had a lot to say on the current predicament of Ghana’s economy.
He cited an example with Nana Addo and NPP’s manifesto promise of building one factory in each district across the country and broke it down to the point where he said it couldn’t have been possible to fulfill such a promise, but the Ghanaian youth due to the lack critical thinking and analysis accepted it and went ahead to vote for Nana Addo and the NPP.
Speaking on the programme, Mr. Gold added that, the educational system of the country does not train the youth to think and solve problems but rather to listen and remember, which has been the reason why our future has been sold to the politicians.
