Oxford as she is affectionately known by many, was named Ernestina Kafui Agyigbe by her parents. Oxford is an award winning technician, awarded by the organizers of Kasoa Business Awards (KABA) for her exceptional exploits.

Today we bring to you a rare occurrence in the phone repairing industry, the life, challenges and success story of a female phone technician in Ghana, Kasoa to be precise.

On our duty to bring to the limelight some of the very important issues in society, we are looking at the angle of gender and how Oxford has been able to breakthrough in an industry filled with men.
