TB Joshua rescued my Boxing Career – Ayitey Powers

Former Ghanaian professional boxer Ayitey powers has shared his story of how he became a boxer in the first place and how his career was rescued by popular deceased man of God, Prophet T. B Joshua on Lucky TV’s star chat.

Narrating his story he said, “I discovered my passion for boxing at the age of 18 years old, at the time my parents were not in support, because they wanted me to focus my studies and pursue a more traditional career path” But Ayitey’s passion for boxing only grew stronger with each passing day.

He recounted a day when he mastered the courage to approach legendary Ghanaian boxer Prof. Azuma Nelson and a local boxing coach, who agreed to train him without his parents’ knowledge, because he was not in their custody at the moment. Adding that his parents were shocked to the bone when they eventually found out, but ultimately supportive, seeing the dedication and passion in their son’s eyes.
