The lies told to the people by successive governments for so long is the reason for voter apathy- Yaw Boateng Asamoah

Abu Sakara is not Alan Kyeremateng’s running mate” Yaw Boabeng Asamoah
On Monday 8th April 2024’s episode of Adekye3 mu nsem placed a call to Dr. Yaw Boabeng Asamoah, aide to John Alan Kojo Kyeremateng’s, this was to seek his views on small parties forming alliances to break the dominance of the two major parties, NDC and NPP. Some people believe this is a strategy to challenge their power. Did he think it’s a move to weaken NDC and NPP?
Ghana has travelled a long way when it comes to voting for the two parties for the past 18 years, every government profits from the nation’s coffers when in power.
According to him, any government that comes in power does not continue projects started by previous government which he said is negatively affecting the development of the country.
He added that, only those in government benefits from the wealth of the country, meanwhile the citizens do not benefit from the government but rather suffer to pay debt and taxes introduced by the government.
This he said; “is the major cause of refusal of many people to vote during elections because they believe every government comes to lie to them”.
He later advocated for Alan Kyeremateng by explaining that an alliance means joining forces to eliminate NDC and NPP for a revolutionary change of the country. This Alliance is inclusive of everyone in the country, it helps to promote democracy and have a visionary leader.
Lastly, he made it known that the rumour circulating about Dr. Abu Sakara being the running mate of Alan is false.
Stating that, they have not yet elected a flagbearer and the launching of the alliance for revolutionary change will be on 17th April.
