We will sleep with our wives at night rather than go to the farm—the UE Regional minister rubbishes Mahama’s 24-hour economy

The Upper East Regional Minister, Stephen Yakubu, has reiterated his comments on the need for Ghanaians to take a swipe at the 24-hour economy policy announced by former president John Dramani Mahama.
The minister made this known during the sod-cutting ceremony of the 1.2km road being constructed from the Akuntatingane junction off the Bolgatanga Bongo road.
Mr. Yakubu, who made some initial comments on the 24-hour economy during a festival at Sakoti in the Nabdam district and sparked public reactions, repeated the same with emphasis and condemnation during the sod-cutting ceremony.
