Branding an Artiste goes beyond what you wear or your physical outlook – Sammy Flex

“Most times in Ghana when branding is mentioned, people usually limit it to the clothes the individual wears, but it goes far beyond that” Mr. Sammy Baah started with when he was asked by the host Ama Papabi to educate our viewers and general public on what Artistes branding is.
Known legally as Sammy Baah, he is known in the media space as Sammy Flex, he is the CEO of Flex Magazine and Sammy Flex TV, he also doubles as the Manager of Ghana’s dancehall king Shatta Wale, with his long standing years as an entertainment journalist and accomplishments in the entertainment industry, it was only right that we call on him to help educate us all on the topic, Artiste Branding, Security and its related challenges.
In educating our viewers Mr. Sammy Flex said, the Brand of an individual, an entity, a product or an event goes to speak to what they represent, their core values, vision and mission, so even though the looks of the individual or institution are all part of the Brand, it goes far beyond that, now how one choose to build their brand depends on what kind of service or purpose they are serving.
He touched on the security needs of an A-List artiste and why it is needed, stressing that it is very paramount and that it takes very detailed planning to provide proper security for an Artiste, when and where it is needed and which type of security to employ.
