MAKE THE EATING OF FRIUTS A HABIT, ESPECIALLY AFTER EATING HEAVY – PROF. DR. STEPHEN NOBLE YEBOAH

Geographically, every ethnic group has its kind of food, this one may say, brings diversity in culture, but for the purposes of health, how the food is prepared should be of concern, if you are not to contract a problem of the liver or kidney to yourself.

What does it mean to have a kidney disease ?

Kidney disease means your kidneys are damaged and can’t filter blood the way they should. You are at greater risk for kidney disease if you have diabetes or high blood pressure.

Now one may ask; how does one contract a liver/kidney disease?

There are many causes of chronic kidney disease. The kidneys may be affected by diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure. Some kidney conditions are inherited (run in families).

But there are eating habits that can cause kidney or liver diseases and those are eating foods that are not properly cooked or over-cooked and eating too much fast foods just to mention but a few, the details of which is in the video below.

Now fruits have been proven to be a major booster in repairing these two organs and as such this article will like to entreat you to as much as possible make it a habit of eating fruits, especially after eating heavy.
